YOURSAMADHAN ADVISOR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

1Nature of Partnership

The Advisor shall work as an independent local network partner associated with YourSamadhan for identifying customer requirements and connecting potential leads with appropriate businesses or service providers.

The Advisor shall not be considered:

• Employee
• Legal representative
• Authorized financial agent

of YourSamadhan.

2Advisor Responsibilities

The Advisor may:

• Identify local customer needs
• Share genuine leads
• Promote YourSamadhan services
• Connect customers with businesses

The Advisor agrees to maintain professional and ethical conduct while interacting with customers, businesses and other advisors.

3False Commitments Prohibited

The Advisor shall not:

• Make false promises
• Misrepresent pricing
• Guarantee services without approval
• Provide fake information
• Collect unauthorized payments

Any serious misconduct may result in suspension or permanent blacklisting.

4Lead Ownership & Priority

Lead ownership shall generally be determined based on:

• First valid lead submission
• Official timestamps
• Supporting communication records

In case multiple advisors are involved in the same transaction, incentive sharing may be divided as determined operationally by YourSamadhan after reviewing the nature of contribution from all involved parties.

YourSamadhan’s operational decision regarding lead coordination and incentive sharing within the network shall be treated as final for internal management purposes.

5Incentive Policy

Advisors may receive incentives or commissions on successful sales, bookings or conversions as per applicable business-specific structures.

YourSamadhan does not guarantee:

• Fixed income
• Lead quantity
• Sales conversions
• Incentive amount

All earnings depend upon market activity and successful conversions.

6Customer & Business Disputes

The Advisor understands that:

• final product/service responsibility belongs to the Business
• transaction verification remains the responsibility of involved parties

Any private financial transaction between:

• Advisor and Customer
• Advisor and Business
• Customer and Business

shall remain their independent responsibility.

YourSamadhan may assist in operational mediation but shall not be legally liable for private disputes, fraud, losses or damages.

7Advisor Conduct & Network Integrity

The Advisor agrees:

• not to misuse company branding
• not to create fake leads
• not to intentionally harm network reputation
• not to misuse customer/business data
• not to impersonate company ownership

Repeated complaints, unethical conduct or suspicious activity may result in:

• warning
• suspension
• permanent blacklisting

8Identity Material & Branding

Any:

• ID cards
• banners
• visiting cards
• branding material

provided under the YourSamadhan identity shall remain associated with the company network and may be cancelled or withdrawn upon termination of partnership.

Unauthorized usage after removal may invite legal action.

9Membership & Participation

Any membership or participation fees paid by the Advisor shall be considered network participation charges and shall generally remain non-refundable unless otherwise decided by YourSamadhan.

10Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute arising out of this partnership shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh only.

11Acceptance

By applying to become an advisor and continuing to participate in the network, the Advisor acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.
