By using our platform, services, advisors or network, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Platform

YourSamadhan acts only as:

We connect customers with businesses, professionals and local advisors based on requirements shared by users.

YourSamadhan itself does not directly provide most third-party products or services unless explicitly mentioned.

2. No Guarantee of Service or Sale

YourSamadhan does not guarantee:

  • product quality
  • successful transactions
  • property availability
  • rental confirmation
  • job placement
  • business outcomes
  • customer satisfaction

All services and transactions depend upon:

  • market conditions
  • third-party providers
  • customer decisions
  • availability
  • independent negotiations

3. Independent Businesses & Advisors

Businesses, service providers and advisors connected through YourSamadhan operate independently.

They are not employees of YourSamadhan unless specifically stated.

Customers are advised to independently verify:

  • pricing
  • documents
  • licenses
  • ownership
  • permissions
  • agreements
  • property conditions
  • payment details

before making any payment or final decision.

4. Payments & Financial Transactions

Customers are advised to exercise caution before making:

  • advance payments
  • deposits
  • booking amounts
  • online transfers

Any payment made directly to:

  • businesses
  • property owners
  • advisors
  • service providers

shall remain the responsibility of the concerned parties.

YourSamadhan shall not be responsible for:

  • payment disputes
  • fraud
  • refund disputes
  • failed commitments
  • private financial arrangements

between users and third parties.

5. Product & Service Responsibility

The responsibility for:

  • product quality
  • service quality
  • warranties
  • delivery
  • commitments
  • after-sales support

shall remain solely with the respective business or service provider.

6. Advisor Role

Local advisors associated with YourSamadhan mainly help in:

  • identifying local requirements
  • connecting people
  • sharing leads
  • facilitating communication

Advisors are not authorized to:

  • collect unauthorized money
  • make legal guarantees
  • sign agreements on behalf of YourSamadhan
  • provide official legal or financial advice

unless specifically authorized.

7. User Responsibility

Customers agree:

  • to provide accurate information
  • not to misuse the platform
  • not to engage in fraudulent activity
  • not to submit fake inquiries
  • not to misuse advisor or business information

8. Complaints & Misconduct

Customers may report complaints regarding:

  • fraud
  • unethical behavior
  • fake commitments
  • misconduct
  • suspicious activity

YourSamadhan reserves the right to:

  • internally review complaints
  • suspend advisors/businesses
  • remove network members
  • blacklist repeated offenders

for maintaining network safety and trust.

9. Limitation of Liability

YourSamadhan shall not be liable for:

  • direct or indirect losses
  • financial damages
  • emotional distress
  • business losses
  • failed transactions
  • property disputes
  • service disputes
  • third-party misconduct

arising from interactions between customers, businesses, advisors or service providers.

10. Operational Decisions

For smooth functioning of the platform and network operations, YourSamadhan reserves the right to take reasonable operational decisions regarding:

  • lead coordination
  • advisor management
  • business participation
  • complaint handling
  • internal network policies

11. Modification of Terms

YourSamadhan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform shall be considered acceptance of updated terms.

12. Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute arising in relation to the use of the platform or associated services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh only.
